I guess I could blog about our new baby boy coming in May. I just don't blog anymore and I keep running into people who don't know I'm pregnant. So, I am pregnant, we are having another baby boy!!!!! We are all so excited to add another child to our family. I'm excited for Branden to have a little friend to play with!!

Branden's 1st Birthday

Yesterday Branden turned one! I can't believe a year has already gone by! We had the birthday party at our new house (woohoo!!) and invited friends and family for cupcakes and homemade ice cream. Branden really liked the cupcake, he also enjoye the paper! Branden started walking once we moved into our house and has space to do it. He says MMMM for cows and yesterday he kept saying "ba" at all the balloons! He also says "Da Da" and every now and then I hear "Ma Ma." He is so fun to just watch, I'm so greatful that I get to stay home with him all day (even though I complain sometimes when he is a stinker, there is nowhere I would rather be)

I'm happy to say that me and judd are home owners!!! One day I'll take pictures and post them! I love love love my house! It's so nice to have more than one room!!! We moved in on the 2nd and I'm almost all done putting everything away! I'm so excited to have Branden's first birthday party at our very own house. Our new ward is super friendly. It is a lot better than the first ward we moved into when we got married. No one even talked to us. I'm super glad that the whole inside is all remodeled so we don't have to do a thing. The outside however needs some TLC, but who cares it's almost winter then everything will die!

I may be premature in saying this but I am excited. Judd and I are in the process of buying a house!!! Woohoo!!! I'm just so excited for Branden to have his own room. I'm also excited that it is down the road from my mother. I have always joked with Judd and said that he has a 5 mile radius of my mom; well he actually did it!!! I just hope everything goes through and hopefully we will be having Branden's 1st birthday party at our new house!

Thanksgiving is always a fun day. I get to spend it with my family; it's really loud, but I like it. I'm so greatful to have Branden, I still think it's weird I'm a mom though. Chantel took a really cute picture of Branden which i'm glad because I didn't. I took a family picture, but i'm too lazy to hook my camera up to my computer!

Branden is 2 months old! He weighs 14.5 lbs and is 24.5 inches long! He's in the 95th percentile for both! He smiles all the time now and I'm sure he'll start laughing really soon!

Branden got blessed on Sunday. It was such a nice day because it was also my birthday!! Judd did such a good job, I really think that he is the best husband ever!!!! Thanks to everyone who came, it meant a lot to us. and thanks Chantel for taking the picture of us, I forgot to take pictures!

Branden is 2 weeks already! He is growing up so fast it makes me sad. We went to the doctor today and the doctor said he is a perfect baby. He is already 22 inches (which means he grew an inch in 2 weeks). He weighs 9 lbs 10 oz already. He is in the 90th percentile for height, 75th for weight and 50th for his head. I talked to my sister and she said that Branden is bigger than her first baby 2 weeks and he was a huge baby, so I'm guessing that Branden is going to be a pretty big kid! He is a really good baby, he eats really well and fast. He sleeps pretty good through the night, he only wakes up to eat every 3 or 4 hours. I really don't have anythig to complain about, I love being a mom. Judd is THE best dad ever!!! He is always happy to help me with whatever I need help with, and he never complain if me and Branden wake him up in the night. He never gets sick of looking at Branden either, he is always saying how cute he is. I'm so greatful to have such a good husband. I love our little family so much. I'm just so happy, I don't know how life can get any better than this right now!!!!!

Branden is 5 days old!!! I just can't belive that he is here. He is just such a good baby and I love him so much. So let me tell you about the labor and deliver because everyone has been asking...
I started having contractions about 9 on saturday night. I kept timing them until about 1, they started being every 5 minutes so I got ready and woke up Judd and told him it was time to go. We got to the hospital about 2:15 and they checked me and told me that I was a 4 and to be in active labor I have to change a centimeter in an hour. I was thinking oh yeah right a whole centimeter. It's my actual due date, just keep me here! But anyway the nurse came back and checked me (I think she felt bad for me because she could here me whining about how I wanted an epidural) and she said that I could be considered a 5 so they could keep me. I really was being a whimp, but really when I knew I was getting an epidural, why go through the pain of the contractions? So they took me to the room and got me the epidural (Woohoo!!!) The epidural wasn't bad at all. I didn't even feel it. My nurse was way sweet and talked me through the whole thing which helped I think. So by this time it was about 4:30 and they came and said they were just waiting on my doctor to come break my water. I figured it would be a while because they told me that when they called my doctor he said that he would fax my prenatal stuff when he was more awake. I think it was like 6:30 when he came and broke my water. I didn't start pushing until about 10 and pushed for and hour and a half because Branden was turned funny and his head was stuck. They finally had to turn me on my side and have me push. The funny nurse called it a pooping lotus pose or something. It would have been funny if I hadn't been pushin for along time and my head hurt. But anyway, they turned me back on my back and I pushed a few more times and Branden finally came out at 11:26 am. I remember them saying "that is a big baby" and I tooked over and thought, "he is huge!" He just looked so long. But he was a big baby. The doctor told me all along how I wasn't going to have a very big baby and that he would be 7.5 lbs at the most. Well he was off!! I'm ok with him being a big baby though because I weighed myself today and I've already lost 17 lbs!! :-)
We are doing just fine now! He passed every test in the hospital with flying colors! I told Judd that it's ok if I always go right up to my due date if it means that we have a perfect baby!!! It was fun in the hopital to hear all the nursed comment about his hair. He has a ton of hair and it is such a unique color for a newborn I think. Usually I see really dark hair or blonde hair, his is the same color as his dads!! I don't know who he looks like, sometimes I think he pulls Judd faces, but I can't tell. He just looks like Branden!!! Here are some pictures for you to enjoy....

I'm just posting that I am still pregnant for all of you who check my blog waiting to hear about the baby. I honestly don't care that I'm still pregnant. I feel fine!!!!! I have another appt. at the doc on Monday (the 20th, the day after i'm actually due). If I haven't had the baby by then, maybe he'll start me on monday. I don't know if he really will though, he just keeps saying that it is so much better for babies to come out on their own. So who knows when He will actually come, but i'm sure that about 5 minutes after the baby is born there will be a post about it on my blog or Chantel's! I told her that she'll have to update my blog for me and i'm sure that she will because she is a blog-aholic!!!!

I finally got the wall painted (thanks Mom)! I finished the wall decor that I started clear back in May. Once again, thanks mom. She is amazing, I don't know how I would ever get stuff done without her! I can't believe that I only have 17 days left... It's crazy! Judd and I are both so excited to welcome Branden into our lives. It'll be nice when he's out and he stops kicking my ribs. I yell at him sometimes and tell him that he can't come out my stomach. I tell him to go towards the hole. My mom gets mad at me because I'm already yelling at my unborn child. Oh and I'm also done working!!!!!! My last day was the 31st. It was an awesome day, but it's kinda weird knowing that I'm not going back to work for who knows how long.

We went to the doctor yesterday... everything is going good! The doctor said that I'm dialated to a 1! He took a pretty good picture of the baby, he looks like he's got a pig face. He looks all chubby with a pig nose, it's so cute!!!! I can't belive that I'm only 5 weeks away from being a mom! I'm excited to see the little guy. Judd is way super excited too. Judd has deamed him "Little Shit" because he'll be moving all over the place until Judd puts his hand on my belly, it's pretty funny!

I only have 13 weeks left. I am really starting to get a little nervous. I really don't worry about the actual delivery, I'll get a epidural and be fine. It's the fact that I will be a mom, I will be responsible for someone else. I still depend on my mom to do a lot for me, how am I supposed to take care of someone else? My mom was saying today that I may not even have 13 weeks but I said I'm good with 13, I can barely wrap my head around 13!!!! I'm sure once I get farther along I'll be wanting Branden to get out, but right now I'm totally fine with having the baby in my belly! :-)

So on Wednesday I was at my mom's; I looked over at the Seagull Book magazine and the cover was of the new Porter Rockwell book. I looked at the name and thought, "Porter." Judd loves Porter Rockwell. We went back to Nauvoo last Sept and the only thing he wanted to buy was a shirt that had Porter Rockwell on it. So I called Judd and asked him what he thought about Porter for the middle name. He said he'd have to get back to me on that. I said well I thought you'd love it because you love Porter Rockwell. Then he said well I'm standing a wall right now so I can't really think of anything. Oh sorry!! He called me back later and said he really likes Porter. So our little boy will be name Branden Porter Bennett!!!!!!!!!!!!

My belly is finally starting to poke out so people can tell that I'm pregnant instead of just fat!! Branden is kicking all the time now! Judd even felt him today while we were laying in bed which was fun. I joked with him and said, "I told you there is a baby in there." He said, "Yeah I thought you were just lying this whole time!"

Today my mom had us all over for dinner (happens every sunday) but it was funny because I sat down by Stacie on the couch and looked over and we were both sitting the exact same way! I said I wanted a picture of all 3 of us before Stacie pops (she can have the baby any time now)

Melissa is due the first week of July and I'm not due till Sept!

Then stacie walked away and Melissa came and sat by me, and we were sitting the exact same way too. It's just the pregnant couch sit I guess!!

So we had decided to name Branden's middle name Judd, (well I decided; apparently Judd doesn't want to give his name to our kids) but since my brother is named Branden then our son would probably be nick-named BJ. I just can't do that to our kid. Some of you may not even know what I am talking about with B.J.; but it is not a good thing to have your son named after. So now we don't really know what our son's middle name will be. Judd likes Ulysses (I don't know how to spell it) but I refuse to name our son that! So if you think of any good names that go with Branden that won't give him a horrible nickname, please let us know!!!!

We went to the doctor today and they said we're having a boy. We are both super excited. He will be named Branden Judd Bennett. The doctor said I'm right on track and that my baby is 9 oz. It's just so crazy to see the baby and know that he is in me. I feel him all the time, but it is still so crazy that I'm going to be a mom!!!

So I've been meaning to post this for a while... I'M PREGNANT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm due on September 19th. I've been sick off and on. I had to quit school because I developed car sickness, and I couldn't drive to school. I go to the doctor on Wednesday, and hopefully they can guess what It is. I'm only 14 weeks so it's probably too early to tell, but I'll be excited no matter what it is. Judd and I are just so excited to be parents!!!!!

By the way... Judd and I still live in Hooper. We ended up not moving up to Logan for a couple of reasons. So now I just drive up everyday. Yep I'm really dedicated to my schooling! On monday/wednesday I have to leave my house at 5:30 to get to school by 7:30. I love school though, I wish I would have started it sooner! All my classes are so interesing! I just wish it would stop snowing. I think that it should only snow up until Christmas, then it should not snow till next winter. I don't care if it's cold, I just don't like snow. Well actually I don't want to get pulled over in the canyon because I don't have snow tires. I really don't mind driving in the snow, just as long as I'm not stuck behind stupid people who don't know how to drive.
So yeah we live in Hooper again. YAH!!!

Fun Weekend

So this weekend was really fun! On friday my friend Kara won a prize to go eat lunch with the Good Things Utah people and see New Moon! We ate at Ztehas (or something like that) and then went and saw New Moon. New Moon was a lot better than Twilight I thought. The only thing that I thought was retarted is that Jacob was a lot bigger than Edward. Hello! Edward is supposed to be this beautiful vampire who is all ripped and good looking. Well Robert Pattinson is not cute anyway, and a 17 year old actor is more built then him. It was just a little dissapointing!!

After the movie we went over to Kara's house for our Friday dinner with friends. It was a really good dinner and it's fun to hang out with all our friends. While we were there Jade (Judd's boss) was telling Judd about this really good deal on a truck that Thomas looked at. I kept telling Judd to drive his truck off a cliff and go buy the new one. Well yesterday Judd did go buy the new truck, so now we have 3 vehicles! Judd was so excited about his new truck though. Apparently he couldn't sleep at all on Friday night because he kept thinking about it. He also put his Dodge on Ksl so we can get rid of it. He could not stop smiling all day yesterday. While he went to go buy the new truck I helped Melissa get ready for Amanda's baby shower. Amanda is such a cute prego! She is having a little girl in January. I'm so excited for her!! Little babies are so cute!!

After the shower I went with Judd to go swich the tires from the old truck to the new one. The truck looks a lot better now it has new tires on it. Then we went and got Ogden Pizzeria and ate dinner over at Danielle and Ryan's house and watched G.I. Joe. I'm not gonna lie, it was a pretty dumb show. It was a lot different than I thought it was going to be... and not in a good way. It was way too unrealistic I thought!

But yeah that was our fun weekend. If anything else new and exciting happens I'll be sure to post it.

I just thought I would update everyone on what is going on in our lives. Me and Judd are moving to Logan in January. I've finally figured out what I want to do when I grow up... I would like to teach high school. In January I will be starting the Family and Consumer Science Education major. Which means that when I am done, I can teach Home Ec. I have wanted to do this major for a while, but I didn't want to move to Logan (it's actually how I convinced Judd to marry me... I told him I was moving up to Logan so he decided that he loved me enough to marry me :-)) So I know everyone will be depressed that Judd and Cyndi don't live in Hooper anymore, but hopefully I'll finish the Spring of 2012. Then we will move back (unless we get trapped up there like everyone else who moves to Logan.)

So Judd's friend got married in the Nauvoo Temple on Sept. 3rd. Judd was a groomsman and Brody is like Judd's best friend so we went. We took Judd's mom Sue with us because she had never been and would probably never get another chance to go. We left on the 31st about 6 and drove into Wyoming. Then on Tuesday we were supposed to leave at 6 but the stupid alarm didn't go off (I don't know how to work Judd's blackberry apparently) so we rushed out about 8. The hotel was nice, it had bath and body works shampoo and conditioner in it!!!! Anyway, we got to Iowa about 10:30 and we were so happy to get out of the car!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then on wednesday we went to Nauvoo (it was like 1/2 hour from where we stayed in Iowa). Me and Judd had already been to Nauvoo, so we just went to the places that Sue wanted to see. I love Nauvoo. I actually got to go to the Nauvoo Temple open house. I wanted to get married there, but Judd being the poop face that he is, wouldn't let me. Oh well we're married now and I still love him just the same! Anyway, I think it is so cool to go back and walk where Joseph Smith walked. Then we went to Carthage Jail. It was awesome because there was no one there. I'm telling you if you ever want to go to Nauvoo, go the first week of Sept. There is no one and it is not way hot so it's not horrible to walk around outside all day.

I forgot my camera, so I don't have any pics of us in Nauvoo and Carthage. If i'm ambitious enough I'll get them from Judd's mom (she took a lot)! After Carthage we went back to the Hotel and I did my exercises (I've lost about 20 lbs and I'm very proud) then we just layed there and watched TV.

On Thursday Brody got married. We went to the Temple early and did Inititories (I don't know how to spell it). Then the wedding. Then lots of pictures, then we went and ate at this place across from the Temple that was really good and Judd got a shirt and I got a cool saying and a picture frame. Then we drove to Michigan (5 more hours in the car).

Friday we didn't do anything. Me and Judd just layed there all day and watched Scrubs. It was awesome.

Saturday was the Reception. It was really pretty. Judd had to wear a express shirt and he look pretty freakin good. If I could have I would have taken him right then and there (you know what I mean :-) )! Anyway, thats probably too much info, sorry. But if I didn't love Judd for who he is and didn't want him to change, I would so dress him up sometimes.

On Sunday we left for home at 6. We drove 10 hours and got to Mt. Rushmore at about 8:30. Then we were going to stay over somewhere and drive home Monday, but Judd decided that he was ok to drive straight through. So we did. He took a 5 hour energy drink that he almost threw back up. He said it lasted about 2 hours. He would never take another one. Brody's brother Brock rode home with us and I was glad becasue he stayed up all night with Judd to make sure he would make it. Thanks Brock!! We got home at 8:00 on Monday. It was so nice to be home. I love going on road trips, I don't mind the drive at all. I am always glad to be home though. I was really happy to sleep in my bed again! I'm glad we took Sue with us so she could see Nauvoo and everything!

Where did the Kittens go?

So I came home from work and was of course greated by Rosie at the door. I went into our bedroom to turn on the air and when I was walking out I wanted to check on the kittens that are in the basket by the couch... Yeah the kittens were gone. I asked Rosie where she put them, but of course cats don't talk back. So I went downstairs to check for them thinking that maybe she moved them downstairs, and sure enough she moved all four of them downstairs... but the funny thing is where she put them. She put them in a random box (we have it down there because we never clean up) under our desk. I laughed so hard when I saw them so I had to take a pic of them! Then Gunner came down and looked in the box and just kept staring at them for like 5 min he just looked in at them. I think that our cats are so funny!! So I decided to just leave the kittens in the box downstairs. I'm assuming that she moved them down there because our upstairs gets so hot and the basement stays nice and cool.

So last night we had our cute little neice Shay come sleep over at our house. She wanted to sleep in our bed and since I am so nice (sometimes) I let her. I was stuck in the middle of Judd and Shay, I really didn't sleep at all... then at about 7 Shay woke up crying because she had a bad dream. I asked her if the cats would make her happier and she said yes. So I opened up our bedroom door and yelled for the cats. Well Gunner came running out from under our quilt rack in the corner and I thought why is he back there... Then I couldn't find Rosie! I looked over and saw blood on the floor in front of the couch so I called for Judd to come look. He told me to find Rosie so I look where Gunner had came from and sure enough Rosie was behind the quilts giving birth to her Kittens. She had three and we thought she was done... Then we went back in and she had had another one. So I hope she is done at 4. They are so cute. There are two white ones, a light orange and a black!! I love Kittens I just want to hold them and play with them all the time!!!

We went to the Hooper Parade with The Judkins Family, my Mom, and Chantel and girls. Shay rode on the parade with Matthew and Ashton and she said she had so much fun. The parade was fun. Jadon kept yelling "candy" at every float that went by so we ended up with lots of candy.

Now we are just at my parents having lunch and the kids just got done swimming. Later today we are going to Judd's cousin's house to have a BBQ with the Bennett side. I am excited to see everyone, we hardly ever do things with them so it will be lots of fun. I just hope that it doesn't rain!!!

I just had to put these cute pictures of Danielle's Wedding on. It was on Friday and the ceremony was beautiful... Then the storm hit. So the reception was inside, but I'm assuming Dani was so happy to finally be married to Ryan that she didn't even care. The funny thing about these pictures is that I look so not attractive. Before I left my house I looked in the mirror and thought I actually look cute... My mirror must lie to me or something because in the pic with me, mel, kels, and dani... I look horrible. Danielle looks beautiful though and that is what matters on her wedding day. I have a pic of me and Dani from my wedding so I needed one of me and her on hers. After Months of begging, I finally convinced Judd to buy a nice tv. (I know, usually it is the guy that begs for a TV. Judd is better with money than I am!) My sister Chantel gave Judd a Sam's Club card for his birthday, so we decided that we should go do some shopping there yesterday... BIG MISTAKE!!! We ended up buying a 42" flat screen TV. Do we have $750 dollars to buy a tv? NO! but it sure is pretty. We have it sitting on our entertainment center and I love it. We watched TV yesterday from like 4:00 to 10:00 not moving once from the couch, except for when we had to use the bathroom and eat food (so much for the weight that I have lost )! I joked and told Judd it was an early Fathers Day present (just about 3 years is all). Anyway happy Father's Day to all! I love my dad, he probably is the smartest person I know. I love him so Much!!!!
If my internet worked out in the bungalo where I have my laptop and all my pics, I would post a pic of the TV. Maybe if I decide not to be lazy anymore I would walk out to my house and grab my camera. :-)

Our Cruise

Judd and I went on a cruise in May. We went with Blake and Melissa. I've got to say I was a little dissapointed. It was like a movie that you hear is amazing and when you finally watch it, you don't think it was good at all. That was the cruise for me... I heard that the food was amazing on it, well I really didn't love the food at all. I loved the fresh pineapple and oranges ( but I can get them in Utah)! My family thinks that I'm crazy that I didn't love the cruise... but oh well cruises aren't for everybody!
